Shadow of the tomb raider not using gpu with dx12

hi guys,

 

Shadow of the tomb raider not using gpu with dx12 on 4k while giving low fps

with dx11 i got 100% gpu load but also low fps

installed the latest drivers, including the hotfix from nvdia.

 

specs:

 

1080Ti

i7-9700k 3.6ghz

 

any ideas?
