What settings? What resolution? What software are you using to stream? What stream settings? What FPS do you normally get?

You might have misconfigured you OBS settings (or whatever sofwtare u use) what fps usally without streaming, lastest drivers, what cpu usage during streaming and gaming and no streaming and gaming. Also what res. r u encoding on the gpu and playin on gpu.

Technology is NEVER easy :(
