So, I just built my first pc, and I thought everything was fine, but when I launched my first heavy game, it played for a while and then the screen went black, there was no signal and the fans ramped up to full speed. When I went to turn it off the front power button wont work, which it normally does. I have to switch the power supply off and back on. I have done research, and it sounds like it could be power supply not giving enough. When I lower the power that my rx 480 8gb can draw it no longer crashes. Is this my graphics card or psu. I have a EVGA 600w 80+ white.

I have updated drivers, flashed bios, and tried to look at msi afterburner logs, but all I notice is that watts gets past 100 and poof.

Also, when I put the power slider to where it wont crash, the fps drops to 20 then back to 80 over and over, but when I move it all the way down, I get roughly a steady 55 to 65 fps.
