GPU Issues?

Here is my problem. please disregard the first 12 seconds of video i don't know why its like that, Anyways I want to have any opinions on what's going on with my PC I don't know if its the game or the gpu but i can play monster hunter world and pubg lite in this pc without any issues so i doubt its a gpu.
