Not booting from bootable device

Hi. I just build a new pc and now got to install windows. I’ve got a USB with a Windows 10 boot file, but when trinh to boot the image freezes on the asus logo and i don’t really know what to do

Just found another post telling to turen of c state. That apparently managed to fix it. Thanks for your time though. I’ll close this post
