Severe Lag/bad performance after updating GPU

Updating Windows to Version 1903 (Build 18362.267) solved all issues. Performance as expected.

Heyho peps

So after upgrading my GPU to a brand new rtx 2080 super i get severe lag/bad performance. Cant get 60fps stable on nether Overwatch nor League of Legends even on lowest settings @1440p. I even lag just moving my mouse on my desktop. Monitor is connected to GPU.

 

CPU: i7-6700k

MB: Asus Z170 Deluxe (BIOS updated to 3801)

RAM: HyperX Predator (no XMP enabled)

GPU: Gigabyte Aorus GeForce RTX 2080 Super (Dresh installed new drivers)

PSU: Corsair RM750i

OS: Win10 64-Bit Version 1803 (Build 17134.885)

 

CPU temps go too around 50°C and GPU hits 55.

Can you guy suggest further Troubleshooting steps?
