Suggestions / Improvements for My Ryzen 3rd gen build?

Andrax

So I'm doing a rebuild of an old PC that died. Got a parts list already in mind, but I'd like some feedback on my proposed parts list. (Using the hard drives from the old pc.)

1. Budget & Location

Budget is $1500 AUD, but i'm currently at about $1800 AUD for the parts that I want.

2. Aim

So my goal is to build a rock solid core (cpu/mb/ram) that I can upgrade in 12 to 24 months with a better GPU such as a RTX 2070.

Ideally, I'd like to run most games at 60 to 120 fps.

3. Monitors

I currently have a 1080p monitor that I will use for this build, but I'm planning to upgrade to a 1440p later on.

4. Some notes on the parts chosen:

Case

The case i've chosen is one of the few I could find that had enough clearance (180mm) for the cpu cooler and ram I want to use.

Fans

I've selected these fans specifically for their high static pressure. Given the limited air intakes on the front of the case, I thought the higher static pressure would be better able to pull air in to cool the system.

5. Upgrades

As I said, i'm planning to add to and upgrade this system at a later date.

I'll be adding additional cooling and storage as I can afford it.

Samsung 970 EVO Plus NVMe SSD 1TB

ASUS ROG Strix GeForce RTX 2070 Gaming OC 8GB

More Noctua NF-F12 Industrial PPC 120mm 3000RPM PWM Fans

Cheers for the help guys.

I suggest going with the 3700 rather than the 3700X to save money. You can always overclock the 3700 to 3700X levels anyway with that big cooler you have.

I would suggest 3200MHz RAM rather than 3600MHz as it will be cheaper and will save a significant amount of money, for only a small loss in performance. If you are set on 3600MHz then the Corsair Vengeance LPX stuff would be cheaper for the exact same specs (without RGB).

The Sapphire Nitro+ rx580 is suposedly a better card and slightly cheaper, however if you are planning on upgrading soon I might recommend an rx570 instead.

Also you're going to need some storage. I recommend the Crucial MX500 if you want a cheap SSD, or the Crucial P1 if you want a cheap (but quality) NVME.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600X  |  Cooler: Cryorig H7  |  Motherboard: MSI B450 Mortar  |  Case: Fractal Design Meshify C Mini  |  RAM: Team Vulcan 16GB  3000MHz  |  GPU: EVGA 1070ti Gaming (Kraken G12 Watercooled) |  PSU: Corsair TXM650  |  Storage: Samsung 860 EVO 500GB + WD Blue M.2 500GB  |  Network Card: Asus PCE-AC56  |  Monitor: Acer Nitro VG270U  |  Audio: Sennheiser HD6XX + Schiit Fulla 2

Laptop:

Lenovo s540:  CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3500U  |  RAM: 8GB DDR4 2666MHz  |  GPU: AMD Radeon Vega 8  |  Storage: 256GB NVME SSD

Does anyone have any experience with the Sapphire brand gpus as regards reliability?

Sapphire is arguably the best company for AMD cards, the same way EVGA is for Nvidia.
