So today whilst I was out at college I came back and noticed that these builders came round and I did not know this and they started doing DIY and removing tiles off the bathroom floor next to my room and obviously this would cause lots of vibrations because I placed my hand on my tower and the vibrations were quite strong. They are coming back tomorrow to finish the job and I'm wondering if I should probably move my PC because at the moment we have only have floor boards upstairs and my room is right next to the bathroom so the vibrations travel easily. I don't think it would cause any problems to my PC if I left it where it is whilst they do their job?; I'm worried my mechanical hard drive might fail but I can't think of anything else component wise that are prone to vibrations.

Doubt it will damage the system, but I cannot feel how strong the vibrations are.

I would always rather be safe than sorry.

I have lost count the amount of times I wish I moved something, and didn't.
