800$ Video Editing PC

Hello guys!

I completely do not know how to assemble computers, so I am asking you for help. I would like to make a computer for up to $ 800. I am editing video but light, not 8k or something like that. My main program is Adobe Premiere Pro. I would ask someone who knows how to put a complete computer in my place and if it has any meaning, I am located in Poland, Eastern Europe.

 

I apologize in advance for my English, this is not my strong language.
