Memory Testing

I've used both Memtest86 and HCI memtest to test the stability of my ram when I changed the vccio and sa to 1.1v each.  Passed both, so am I safe to assume I'm stable?

why so low? what ram are we talking about?

 

the only real test is run programs or games and not get a system freeze or bsods all of the time, memtest for me is just a tool to see if a ram module is good or damaged, not to test if a ram module is stable or not

gskill tridentz 3000mhz.  It was running at VCCIO 1.32v and SA 1.21v.  I was told those were too high.
