RTX 2080 Cooler Replacement

So, I bought a MSI Ventus 2080 in Feburary.  It's a good card, but in hindsight I probably would have spent more money on a better cooler but oh well. The fans are very loud during gaming, and the temps are a bit toasty.  As a result,  I'm planning  on buying EVGA's hybrid cooler kit. 

 

With that said, I've neve taken apart a GPU before, let alone replaced the cooler. Is there anything that I should know/be cautious of? Thanks in advance.
