First Build trouble shoot

hello, everyone, this is my first post and first visit to ltt forum.

 

I am trying to build my first pc right now and below are the parts I have chosen 

 Xeon X3470 CPU

P7P55d Le motherboard 

SanDisk SSD plus SSD 240gb 

Samsung M393B5270CH0-CH9 16GB (4GB X 4) 1Rx4 PC3L-10600R DD3 ECC Reg Server ram 

Be quiet cooler Bk 008

I am concerned that my ECC module memory from eBay will not work with my motherboard and I have not found which PSU to get or which case 

unfortunately, in my tight budget, I need both under 50$, I would appreciate help.
