Mobo CPU and RAM help?

I recently heard that AMD chips love there speed from the ram, I'm getting a 3600 and I have the b450 A pro. I was looking at the corsair 2 8gb sticks at 3.0, is that good enough? Also, my mobo might need a bios update for my chip but Idk how to do this any help?

most 3000 sticks can do 3200+ mhz, so you could just do that

 

a pro will have some problems with zen 2 though, as it only has a 16 mb bios chip, so it might take a while to make a stable bios for it

What do you mean by "a pro will have some problems with zen 2 though, as it only has a 16 mb bios chip, so it might take a while to make a stable bios for it" im new to this so you might need to dumb this down a bit

some b450's and x470's have 32 mb bios chips, so they can fit bigger and better bios's in, and those seem to be more stable than the bios's on the 16mb chips
