So currently I have a Team Dark Pro 3200mhz 14-14-14-31 kit paired with an R7 3700x. I am looking to further improve gaming performance by overclocking and don't know what would work best.

Where would the most performance gains be?

Should I see how far I can push the clock speed? Do I change voltages?

Should I loosen timings to 15 so I can raise clock speed further?

i think i have the same memory kit as you. I'd have to double check bios but i believe i was able to get 3400mhz stable at 14-14-14-29 at just under 1.4v. This memory has really heavy heatsinks, so no need to get too concerned to turn up the voltage as long as you have some sort of active cooling around it.

I didn't see a huge performance increase, though i'm on 2700x, i got maybe around 50-60 points on cinebench15. I did it mostly because i could
