Hey LTT forum, i bought a new gigabyte 2070 aorus, upgrading from a 1070ti. 1st thing 1st i put new gpu in and got random screen flashing(after DDU in safe mode), once i installed new drivers the pc froze and black screened.

I just have no idea what is causing no gpu display, i plugged in my 1070ti again no display, tried a r7 270 no display, its like it bricked my entire system. i unplugged SSD boot drive in hopes to maybe get into bios, but still no luck. Tried new RAM, new PSU, even exchanged my 2070 for another one, but the pc still wont post. any help would be appreciated. On a Strix B450i,ryzen 2600, and 600w gold psu. Thanks!

Did you try to reset your bios shorting out the pins? Try a different PCI-E slot? Remount your CPU maybe bumped the cooler and caused some issues there.

I only have one slot with an ITX board.

Does that board support bios flashback with USB drive? Im just trying to think of things other than a dead PCI-E slot.

What would even cause a board to spontaneously stop working like this? It was completely fine before the 2070.

Its hard telling, I had a ASUS Hero Motherboard back in the Haswell days I upgraded the CPU from and i5 to a i7 4770k and after the first boot, All my sata ports went dead.
