I have a 650W 80+ gold EVGA PSU and I am wanting to get the Rx 5700 XT GPU someone told me i should upgrade for better cooling Rn I got a MSI z390 Motherboard, i7 8700k (not OC), 32gb ram, one nvm.e m.2 SSD one HDD A Corsair AIO H60. Cooling (trying to count everything that takes wattage 2 200mm, fans 2 other fans one for the AIO one just to have to blow cold air on GPU and 2 monitors but the other one barley gets used and i might not use anymore

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.
