I decided to buy a reference cooler 5700 XT because my current system is in an ITX case where blower coolers work better than open air. I know this type of cards run much hotter but the benefit of not dumping heat on the case helps to keep my Ryzen 3900X temps at bay. The issue is temps get as high as 95c while playing The Witcher 3 in a room with an ambient temp of 35c. With temps this high I’m concerned about its lifespan. Should I keep using the card and ignore thermals?

Not really...dual fan cards and the like will still exhaust air just fine in a well designed ITX case.

You can fix the thermals somewhat with an undervolt, and if you add washers and thermal paste to the stock cooler.

Junction at 110-115 but I’m not getting any throttling. I can’t do that type of mod because it won’t fit my case and I would lose the ability to return my card.

well you should have waited till better coolers came out tbh. blower style coolers are a big nono with gpu's these days.

You should try undervolting.

other than that.. dont know return it and wait till better ones come out with proper coolers is the best option. the current thing thats holding the 5700xt back is that stupid blower style cooler. I have no idea why amd would even release such a card these days. While nvidia was smart enough to ditch it and bring a better cooler to the card.
