New CPU and PC stutters help

Hey guys so I just got a new cpu, the Ryzen 7 3700x and everything seems fine but then while im playing games my pc just stutters and and I play games while listening to music and my music stutters too. It's really annoying and I'm wondering if you guys can help. I didn't have an issue with my old cpu and this one's better so idk why it's doing this ;-;.
