is it possible? i have a crosshair v formula z atm for my motherboard.

CPU AMD FX 8350 @5GHz. Motherboard Asus Crosshair V Formula Z. RAM 8GB G.Skill Sniper. GPU Reference Sapphire Radeon R9 290X. Case Fractal Design Define XL R2. Storage Seagate Barracuda 1TB HDD and 120GB Kingston HyperX 3K. PSU XFX 850BEFX Pro 850W 80+ Gold. Cooler XSPC RayStorm

The temp differences aren't worth it, especially for the increased noise and extra cost of 2 fans.

I wont comment on its temp advantage but I will say that TTL had his H100i in push pull during the 750D case review.

I wont comment on its temp advantage but I will say that TTL had his H100i in push pull during the 750D case review.

 

the only issue you might run into is the 8-pin harnees connection. if using heatshinked indy

PSU cables, they'll prolly hit the lower fans set. the heatshrinkless works out better.

mine was a tight fit, but worked out fine. only a 4°-6° CPU temp drop though on 4.8 8350

OC. worth it, not really. so i moved the build into a fractal design arc midi for better roof clearance

and went back to SP120PE PWM single set, less fan drone. if keeping the mag filter on the roof

when using the H100i it will raise the temps 6°-10°. so it is best to remove it when twisting the rig.
