Visual Artifacts?

Hi everyone,

 

So I bought a used Strix 1080Ti which was displaying weird artifacts at some point but it turned out the card was indeed faulty as it couldn't even finish any single benchmark run without driver crashing at stock settings. Got a refund for that and went for an EVGA FTW3 1080Ti and even though it's performing beautifully right now sometimes I do see crap like this when logging into Windows.

Does anyone know why this would happen? It doesn't happen after that but it's pretty weird, temps are fine, everything is fine and performing perfectly...

AMD Ryzen 2600x - PE LVL2, PBO Enabled

16GB DDR4 @ 3600mhz CL14

ASUS B450i

EVGA G3 650w
