Hey, Im currently im looking to buy a new GPU but I'm not too sure.

I could either buy a 1080 for 400$ used, 575 dollars for 1080 TI or a new 2070 Super for 688 usd. I don't really have a budget but I don't want to spend too much money on something. I would rather have a GPU for a few years then upgrade. Only I don't know what I should buy. Most of the games I will play will be: Mostly Rust, CSGO, PUBG and maybe some of the newer titles coming out like wolfenstein etc.

The games would be played on 144hz 1440p screen.

EDIT: I would maybe like to learn and play around with AI. If that helps anything

Thanks in advance.

PC Specs:

Ryzen 7 2700X

be quiet! 280mm silent loop

GTX 1050 TI Expedition OC

16GB DDR4 3200Mhz Corsair Vengance

Asus Prime X370-Pro

1TB Samsung SSD

Cooler Master Masterwatt Lite 700

Used GPU market is always a little sketch seeing how you don't get a warranty and they can die at anytime. A 2070 should be enough for that, but most of the games you listed aren't the most graphically intense games anyway and you might be able to get away with a 2060 or 2060 super

Norway actually has "warranty" against buying from private people but I don't get how they would suddenly die at any time.

Some cards are like almost brand new online, then there are the ones that have been used for mining 24/7 for weeks on end. Those are two ends of a spectrum, and you really don't know where that card will fall along it so you could get years out of the card or months

But in theory If I were to buy used, what would be the best option?
