My pc started freezing when I game

Hello guys help me out, my pc started freezing when I game, and sometime when the load changes for example I may play fine and it freezes after I closes the game, it doesn't leave me an optional except hard restarting, I've tested the ram,hdd,GPU they're fine, so is it the power supply ?

My specs

I5 3470

8gb ram

Nvidia 1050p

Hp 300w power supply
