Hello everyone, I have an Asus X99 Deluxe motherboard, and I have a question about CPU input voltage. I saw a parameter called "CPU Input Voltage", which I presumed is the voltage that the motherboard provides to the CPU's integrated voltage regulators at all times. However, I then noticed a parameter called "CPU Input Eventual Voltage", which has a description to the effect of "This is the voltage that will be applied while in the OS", as well as a "CPU Input Eventual Voltage", which I don't remember the description of. So I am now confused about which one I change to change the CPU's input voltage. Would someone mind explaining these 3 settings to me? Thank you very much in advance and sorry for the stupid question!

Other boards simply use the same number for initial and eventual input voltage. I think ROG does this to give you more headroom in extreme overclocking, but unless you're doing just that you could keep both numbers the same, or raise initial to be 0.05V higher than eventual input voltage (while eventual will be the typcial VCCIN you see in OC guides)

Thank you for your help. What is the difference between "CPU Input Voltage" and "CPU Eventual Input Voltage" then?

that's why I need to quote someone who has the experience. I'm sure he's not dead yet.
