Unable to install Graphics Controller Driver

I have an old Optiplex GX 280 that I would like to install the graphics controller drivers for (intel 915G controller) and can't because I updated the system to Win 10 and the driver software only supports win 2000 and XP. Also without the driver currently it is spitting out a 4:3 aspect ratio picture on a 16:9 screen and it is stretched out. Plz help.
