Converting Windows Install files to ISO

Hey!

So, I copy pasted all the material from a Windows 10 DVD and threw it away. Now the content I pasted on the HDD is not ISO. So I want to convert them to a disc image and then burn them to a USB to make it bootable for reinstalling Windows.
I tried to copy paste the content to the USB but the PC won't boot from it.

Just download the image from Microsoft, it is better than using the CD which might have been outdated.

Only if you have OEM PC and no key. As you are supposed to use manufacturers recovery tools instead.
