2080Ti Low FPS

Hiya, so I have a ryzen 7 2700 x and a evga ftw 3 2080 ti and I'm averaging 72 fps in R6 Siege, 50 in GTA V, and Overwatch crashes 5 minutes into a game, Black ops 4 wont even start and Dead Island crashed my whole pc, where I then froze on startup and had to restart again, all of this is at 1080p btw, and I've seen people getting double my framerate at the same exact settings, I don't know what could be wrong and I have spent hours trying to fix this and I am completely out of ideas, if anyone could help me out I would greatly appreciate it.

Which case? latest bios on the board? VRM-s not overheating? CPU temperatures fine?

Case : Be Quiet : Pure Base 600

Yes, Latest Bios.

Temperatures seem to be normal. 

They even seemed lower then I thought they would be during benchmarks.
