With a VGA card connected properly, you should atleast see Bios, even when forgetting to add the powerplugs (iirc, might be different nowadays).

If you plug it into the slot on the mainboard, does that give you an image?

Have you remembered to plug in the power connections to the video card?

Have you installed it in the top slot?

Does the mainboard debugled say anything?

Or perhaps, you have your monitor forced to an input and you switched cables?

Gamesystem: X3700, 32GB memory @3200mhz, GTX1080 Hybrid

Unraid system: Epyc 7352, 24/48, 96GB ECC buffered @2666mhz, 2x GT710, GTX1050Ti

It doesn't give me any image, it's just black screen, that doesn't even give me "no signal info".

Yep, these are plugged.

Yep, top slot.

Cannot really say anything about the question with mainboard cuz I cannot see anything.

I don't think it's cable problem.
