Kinda depends whether you're overclocking, otherwise its pretty accurate if just running it at stock.

Can you post the link to your PCPP list so we can see what parts you're using? Can't tell you whether or not it's accurate without seeing the list.

It's really not. It takes TDP = Power consumption for CPU & GPU. Motherboard it adds between 50w-100w for the motherboard, and I have never figured out why. Other things such as HDDs it just adds 20W per drive. I think each fan adds 10W. Can easily end up with strange power estimations depending on what you add to the list.
