I already bought my 2060 super and it's on the way. 

I would like to see if there are some things I could improve or change about my build. 

My main concerns are,

The Mobo, (i picked it because its the only one that supports the 3600 out the box, but I learned about the USB bios update) any cheaper alternates that have the USB bios update while still being a good board?

The cooler, do I really need to buy a 3rd party cooler? or will the stock CPU one work just fine?

Case, any better case in a similar price range?

and last but not least the PSU, its recommended for a 500 watt for my GPU, I don't trust evga very much but they are cheaper, id like to spend least here but I don't want my computer to fry either

you can get a B450 gaming plus or B450-A Pro, or wait for MSI's MAX motherboards. the stock cooler is good enough. 500w is enough for a 2060 super.

i agree with herman mcpootis, but a warning: you'll need to update the BIOS of that board. you can ask amd for a bootkit under warranty.
