Voltage Assistance

In your opinions, which would be better out of the following options. I use two certain voltages with different LLCs. One is a higher voltage with Ultra High LLC and the lower voltage has Extreme LLC. Both reach 1.464V (max) under load. The way I see it the lower voltage with Extreme LLC would be the best option as the lower voltage when not under load. I have an FX 8320 at 4.5GHz and a M5A99FX PRO R2.0 by the way.
