They are all ddr4, that's what the 3900x supports. 3200 MHz won't make a difference to the average user compared to 3000 MHz.

I am going to be using this pc for video editing so wanted the best ram possible. So is the 3rd option ddr4 ram? Could the 3900x support less?

Yes, the third option is DDR4. As far as I know, the 3900x can support anything from 2133 MHz to 3200 MHz ram. Compatibility for ram capacity depends on the maximum amount of ram your motherboard/cpu supports.

Okay the motherboard is a micro atx b450 motherboard. Asking as the 3rd option is ddr4 then it’s fine

Option 3 is fine.
