Hello people!
I've just bought most of my new PC (I'm currently "rocking" a 2012 generic laptop with an i5 3230m), and am on the look out for a GPU.
Here's my question, I can find used a Gigabyte Vega 56 Gaming OC ("almost new" says the current owner) for $340 US, an EVGA 980TI "Kingpin" ("very little use" says the owner) for $292 US, or a NEW Gigabyte GTX1660 OC (also the Zotac Gaming ZT) for $304.
Which one do you recommend? Also, a new Gigabyte Vega 56 Gaming OC goes for $370 US. But that's a little bit outside my budget.
The other parts won't arrive for about a week, so I have some time to decide.
Thanks for the help!

-AsRock B450 Steel Legend (they will send it updated)

-Ryzen 5 3600 (I'll use the stock cooler for now, so no overclock)

-RAM Team DDR4 2x8GB 2666MHz T-Force Vulcan Z Gray
-PSU Thermaltake Smart 700W 80 Plus White

And I have U$D300-350 for the GPU. I'm in Argentina, prices are extremely crazy here, if you want to send me a link from somewhere it will cost me the (total price-50U$D)/2 extra + international shipping.

980ti out of your choices

If possible a used 1070/1070ti should be in your budget, and will be awesome.

Is $390 for a 1070ti worth it?
It would be kinda like buying it for $240 on the US and shipping it here (but a good bit safer)

Nah, a used 1070ti for that much isn't worth it.
