I would second this. Something like this will be a very good PC, and can certainly handle less demanding games like WOW, Elder Scrolls Online and Minecraft.

The CPU is very good, and will last you at least the next 4-5 years for any gaming.

If in the future you want something more powerful, you can easily upgrade the graphics card to something more powerful. The RX580 is a good entry level card for your purpose.

Good luck!

EDIT: be aware that not all B450 motherboards support the new Ryzen 3000 CPU's out of the box. You have to upgrade the BIOS first, and you can only update the BIOS with an older 2000 series or below CPU installed in the motherboard.

MSI does have new B450 motherboards that support it out of the box (might not be available just yet): https://www.eteknix.com/msi-reveal-b450-out-of-the-box-ryzen-3000-b450-max-range/

Also, AMD offers free loaner "upgrade kits" for those who need to update their BIOS https://www.eteknix.com/amd-offers-free-boot-kit-to-help-struggling-ryzen-3000-owners/
