Gamepad driver issue ?!

Hello,

 

Can anyone tell me how to fix the gamepad driver issue?

 

I have the windows 10 xbox 360 default gamepad driver but there are issues on my laptop and also gaming rig that cause the right joystick to get freezed up after 10 mins of play.

 

Is there any other compatible driver that I can install?

the driver is offered by microsoft and installed autatically by windows

 

are you sure is a driver issue? i retired my xbox controller, the thing is so low quality, left analog had to be replaced, right trigger had problems too, x button broke and finally usb cable did the same, xbox controllers are not good really

It's my only guess, I'm not sure it could be something else. But what can I do?

 

I bought a new gamepad and the issue still exist! My most guess is that the latest driver is the problem.

oh ok, if with another controller happens then yes it could be a driver issue

 

you could try uninstalling the xbox gamebar, xbox live but there is not a installer for the driver on windows 10, only exists on win7

 

other thing you could try is removing the usb driver, but last time i tried that didnt worked, i used usbview to remove the registered devices under usb

 

i ended reinstalling windows but all was caused by a driver i installed that after i removed messed up xbox functions on my pc, not your case

I think I tried that .. I may uninstalled xbox features but didn't help

Yep .. it's now not included with usb in general so that I can manipulate that.

 

It's now like a separated programmed xbox recognizer so it won't identify it as a usb device but a xbox peripheral!

 

I tried to uninstall the driver but didn't help .. I have to disable it which stops recognizing the gamepad forever!

Yeah .. I don't know if I installed something but the same issue happens on my both computers .. so I think it's about windows 10 I guess.
