Computer losing lower

I just setup my computer after moving houses, and I’ve been having issues with it. First off the power button took a few hard presses to turn on the computer and while using it the computer will randomly shut off (not fully the small indicator light on the GPU stays on but everything including led strip shuts off). Lastly, when I plugged my phone into my cases built in USB ports it did the same thing where it shut off.
