Possible Bottleneck?

Hi so I've got an r9 290 and an x4 880k which I'm considering upgrading cause I think I'm being bottle-necked. Do you guys and gals think it's worth my time to get a used i5 4590 (it's my friend's and he'll give it to me for £40) and a new motherboard? Thanks for any advice.

Also here's my usage stuff while playing overwatch on low settings 60fps.

Just now, Batteries said:

The motherboard should be around £15/20 so not loads. I'm in south east England :)

Yah, then I would definitely go with that combo and it should give you some really nice life out of your PC still :)

Anything on FM2+ is not so great for gaming, an upgrade to that i5 goes a long way

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B
