Windows Is Deactivated

Hey everyone, I recently purchased an old OptiPlex 755 desktop with win7pro from a computer market for a project. After screwing around with it I upgraded to win10pro. Quite recently I cloned my drive to another hdd and my windows is now deactivated and no matter what I try including a fresh install windows is deactivated. Since the beginning I have been (and still have) the error code 0x8007232b.

Many people recommend Kinguin and I admit to using them once, but they have "sketchy as Hell" written all over them...
