So i ordered this from NCIX....

I ordered couple Air Duster cans from NCIX....... The title was:

 

"Fellowes 10OZ Air Duster 152A Propellant 

 Non-ozone depleting, no CFCs. 2-pack 10oz each"
 
I got a box today and there was only one can. I figured they might be out of stock so i checked their website and the title is now changed to:
 
"Fellowes 10OZ Air Duster 152A Propellant Single Pack
 Non-ozone depleting, no CFCs. 2-pack 10oz each"
 
Do you think they are still going to send me one more? I sent them a message but in the meantime i figured i'd just see what you guys think. I mean $12.98 for one can is a huge rip-off imo and wouldn't have bought it if i knew. But then again you can't sell TWO of something to someone and then quickly erase the TWO from the title after they buy it and only send them one, Right?

Nope, you can't, that would be false advertising, if they don't send you another, they have to give your money back. (At least by Aussie law)

They're pretty nice over there and if you explain the situation to them I'm sure you could get another can/refund.

NCIX is pretty good when it comes to customer support. I just completed an RMA request and they sent a replacement product 2 days after I sent them the defective one.

 

I've been shopping with them for years and I've never really had any negative experiences with them.

I would go with NCIX more often if they didn't have ridiculous shipping prices for Hawaii. How come amazon is the only one able to deliver free shipping or really cheap shipping for Hawaii? Surely NCIX should be able to formulate a deal with ParcelPool or UPS for shipping to Hawaii. Besides, NCIX usually has the best deals...

Good to hear =) I've bought many things from Ncix but never had any problems so i guess i just have to wait and see what they say.

It would be great if they did, I would also look to them more if the had a ncix prime type of thing, even newegg has a free 2 day shipping thing.

Nvm just read the rest of the thread. That sucks, maybe try emailing them again and getting someone who can understand what's going on better? Try to say there was only one 10oz can in the package instead of the advertised two, maybe that will help clear things up.

Someone just replied back and apologized for the confusion, I got refunded for 50% of the cost =)
