So I am currently planning to build a PC. I was planning to go for a MSI B450 MORTAR for the motherboard and G. Skill trident Z 3200Mhz 16 Gb dual channel for the RAM but when I checked the sites of the manufacturer, I found out the neither of them listed to work with each other. Should I still go for it or should I search for another compatible memory model? (the model of the RAM is F4-3200C16D-16GTZR)

Yes, it will work fine. The list of RAM on the motherboard website is only RAM they have tested themselves, they can't test every make and model available to verify but 99.99% of the time you're fine.
