Problem with pc

So I have a r5 1500x and a gtx 1080 and once in a few hours my screen turns black and all my fans turn off but the pc itself is still on. I have tried to hold the power button down but it does not do anything. So what I do is I hit the case of my pc and the fans start to work and my screen is not black. Whats wrong?
