Is this a decent display? Anyone have it?

It's $351 right now so I just went ahead and bought it..

The Acer ED7 is $399 on Newegg right now.. Did I make the right choice?

Drop gives you 2 hours to cancel the order so any advice or tips would be great!

I haven't had any experience with either of these, I'm just here out of curiousity. The only differences in specs I can see on the product pages is that the Vast has a better response time (2ms vs 4ms) and the Acer has a better contrast ratio (3000:1 vs 2500:1). The Vast appears to have better color reproduction too. The reviews for each seem about the same. I'm seeing the same prices though, not sure how you got $351 for the Vast. Since you somehow found it for cheaper I think you definitely made the right decision unless you really value that contrast ratio.

I guess I had a $50 coupon at Drop that automatically applied.. I didn't see that until I tried to reproduce the price lol.

I think for $351 it should be a vent monitor, a lot of people were happy paying the original $550 for it.

I've just had my eyes on the ED7 for a while now as it's another good budget option.. I have an Acer 4K and I love it so I wouldn't expect to bad of a monitor from them.. With Drop, I feel I'm taking a straight gamble but I saw that low price and I just had to buy it lol.

So I was thinking I wanted at least 120hz but I'm looking for other opinions.

So I'm trying to decide between the vast-35 the aoc cq32g1 and aopen 32hc1qur

The wider 21:9 screen is appealing to me as. 1ms response seems like a nice feature as well

Any advice would be appreciated.

Anyone that runs into this thread looking for info..

I recieved my Massdrop Vast 35 today and I love it so far!!! No BLB at all as far as I can tell.. Runs super great but get's a little hot (not a biggie).. Color looks just as good as my 4K Acer VA panel, but I'm not an expert.. For $400 or less I don't think you can beat it, honestly.. The only other one at a similar price at the time of me writing this is I believe the Acer ED7 and I'm sure that one's just as good so toss a coin, but I don't think you can really go wrong with the Massdrop (just be aware some people do have issues, and sometimes it takes time for problems to occur). I will update here if something does occur over time.
