Hi, so when I play CS GO or gta v on the resource monitor the CPU only hovers at around 20% usage with a clock speed of somewhere from 1.2ghz to 1.8ghz. On aida64 there is no report of throttling when playing cs go and the cpu has a constant temperature of 85-86 celsius (Tjunction is 100 celsius). And the CS GO sometimes plays well even despite the low clock speeds but sometimes it goes very laggy. Not sure what's wrong. I mean Aida 64 sends back like 50% utilization while the resource monitor on windows is more like 20%.

When stress testing the cpu hovers at around 2.5ghz on all cores throttling like 20% but still much better than the performance in CS GO. Also in Aida64 is I try to stress test my gpu it only stresses the intel hd graphics and it causes the system to be extremely slow like I had to force shutdown to stop the benchmark.

And on gta v the gpu usage seems to damn low on the resource monitor on windows that is, I mean gta works fine at the start and then it goes lagging and all these issues appeared after I did a windows 10 update from a 2018 build to the newest one.

My laptop config is

Asus ZX553VD

i7 7700HQ

GTX 1050

8gb ddr4 2400mhz

256 WD blue ssd

1tb seagate 5400rpm hard drive
