Rogers Nextbox 9865HD

Can I boot windows or Linux on a rogers nextbox 9865hd I see it has a TB hhd and 4x sawdered samsung k4b2g1646q bcma which is apparently 2g ddr3 ram each now I'm just curious if the bios will allow it all to work being a pvr and all, also I can't tell if there even is a cpu in here since no one posts picture or information on the hardware of these things.
