Screen stays black when trying to boot MSI mobo windows ten

I’m trying to change the MSI mobo settings to let me wake my pc up with my mouse and keyboard ....

 

I start the PC and hit DEL key as many times as I can computer lights turn on, same wirh mouse and keyboard just not the monitor. 

 

I have 2080 sli And PG27UQ monitor so I don’t know if one of them is it referring or settings I should change 

 

any help would be great thanks.
