USB Error Formatting

Alright. So i have a Samsung 256GB Flashdrive, and ive had it for awhile. I know it was working not too long ago, but im not sure what i did to it, but now all of a sudden its not working. When i plug it in, i get the "ding dong" of windows that a flashdrive has been attached. When i got to my file explorer, there is not drive. When i open up Disk Management, or AOMEI Partition assistant, the drive shows up. When i format with AOMEI it says it completed the task, but still no flashdrive pops up in explorer. When i format in Disk management, I get "The volume was created successfully but i was not formatted. Retry the format using the format task."

 

Well, im not sure what that means, but I also tried using CMD in admin, and when ever i get to the part in DiskPart, i select the drive, and then it tells me "no disk selected" even though i have the removable drive selected.

 

How do i fix this?

I think i might have tried this before. and then it asks to buy the licence for it

this one won't. For normal formatting it doesn't want you to buy it
