you should be fine with the hd7790

If you can find a 650 Ti Boost, then go with that

I use to own an i3 2120, I would say 7950, R9 280X , gtx 760 would be at the most and you might see a slight bottleneck.

A GPU doesnt bottleneck a CPU but a CPU does bottleneck a GPU. A 650ti isn't a challenge to feed it to its max.
