New build no post

Just put together a new build, It has a Gigabyte B-450 Pro WiFi M/B ,  Ryzen 3600 CPU , Crucial 500 gig M.2 , Corsair Vengeance 16 gig LPX 3200 , MSI GTX 1060 Armor 6 gig PSU , Rosewill 650 Watt Full Modular 80 plus gold PSU . After putting it all together it won’t post, CPU fan comes on , all other fans work, GPU fans come on. There are red lights on on the board . The Ram light stays on about 8 seconds then it will flash to the CPU light for about half a second. I have removed the Ram and tried one stick at a time and also switched slots. My old computer uses DDR 3 so can’t test it in another unit . Any help appreciated. Oh ya Ram are 2x8 gig sticks

Is the BIOS up to date? You likely need to update the BIOS to support the CPU.

I had read about that but thought you could at least get it working enough to update it. I’ll pull GPU out and put back in old computer to d/l the nw bios . Thanks
