You could even be fine with just the box cooler that comes with the CPU. There's no overclocking headroom on the CPU cores anyway

okk but I already had the hyper 212 from way back, also 3700x doesnt support overclocking?

you could overclock, you just wont do better than stock with a fully manual one. Bumping up PBO, if you dont use PCIe storage than bump the BCLK by a bit, and that's it. Not even 5% gain after all that. Ryzen 3rd gen overclocking is mostly beneficial on memory and that's it.
