So when you switch to custom and only adjust fan curve it crashes?  No other setting changed? 

 

As far as I know you can't bypass Wattman with something like MSI Afterburner on the Vega cards.

Very strange, I can't say I've ever seen that behavior.   Maybe try a older version of the driver if you haven't already.  

 

Does the card have dual bios?  Maybe switch it over and see if it does that on both.  Not sure what else to suggest.

Not sure about dual bios, but if it does I just flashed it to a 64 lol.

Kinda but idk if it was an update or because I flashed my cards bios. But it seemed fixed now ??
