My pc keeps freezing up

When i start my pc everything seems to be fine then about 5 minutes later my pc freezes but unfreezes after like 3 seconds but after it does that a couple time my whole pc just freezes and i have to restart it. I have a ryzen 2700x, Gigabyte rtx 2070 oc edition, a cheap cpu cooler, 16gb of ram, 2tb of seagate barracuda. My pc is a prebuilt btw

Do you know what speed ram, what cpu cooler and what psu?

 

is it a new prebuilt or have you had it a while?
